More information

Pleated blinds combine simplicity with effective protection.

  • Due to their versatility, they are perfect for covering skylights or installing on the roof of a glazed terrace.
  • The handle helps to move the pleated blind from top to bottom or vice versa.
  • The steel cables used make them an interesting roof window covering, as they can work in any inclined plane, from vertical to horizontal, allowing free use of the covered window without "hanging" or bulging of the fabric.
  • All this combined with a stylish design makes this system of pleated blinds attractive not only for its functionality, but also for its aesthetic value. This is a great example of how technology can merge with design to create a harmonious interior solution.

Pleated blinds are controlled by moving the upper or lower profile with the help of a handle or cord/chain, the fabric folds cannot be lifted, pulled or pushed, in this case the material may be damaged.

When choosing a fabric, it should be taken into account that the color and shade of the material may change in the presence of light or depending on the intensity of the type of light.

When re-ordering pleated blinds of the same material, the shade/texture may be slightly different from the previous ones.

Pleated blinds are not intended for complete darkening of rooms, even if opaque fabrics are chosen. Light can enter the room between the fabric and the edges of the glass strip, as well as the top or bottom of the blinds, where they are attached.

Usage

Control options for this blind include knob, chain, rod and cord.
Check that there are no obstructions in the blind's path before raising or lowering it.
When using the chain, avoid moving it sideways or in any other direction, keeping a strictly vertical pull direction.
Pulling the cord down perpendicular to the floor will lower the blind, and pulling it at an angle will raise it.
By controlling the handle, the blind can be raised or lowered, depending on whether we raise or lower the handle.
